Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pattaya for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations, including maintaining high cleanliness standards, coordinating with the laundry team, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading the housekeeping team, managing inventory and supplies efficiently, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and providing training and ongoing support to team members. Clear communication with staff and other departments is essential to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry Services and maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage housekeeping operations and inventory effectively
• Experience in Training and supervising team members
• Leadership experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to operational needs
• Cultural sensitivity and respect for diversity
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools used in the hospitality industry
