Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend to incoming mails/submissions/correspondence of Fireincluding liaising and follow up on discrepancy of submission.
Monitor policy/endorsement issuance within the TAT set.
Attend to STP failed and pending cases.
Archiving of documents
Perform UAT as required.
Compliance to all guidelines and regulations related to policy/endorsement processing.
Check policy/endorsement to ensure accuracy of the data captured.
Daily tracking, monitor and ensure policy/ endorsement processing is issued within the standard turnaround time set.
Attend incoming mails/submissions/correspondences/calls.
Follow-up/attend to discrepancies on submission with Marketing.
Perform risk accumulation checks to ensure risk exposure is kept within company retention limits.
Prepare monthly report and ad-hoc reports (whenever necessary).
Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you.

Requirements

Preferably Degree in Insurance, Actuarial Science or Business Administration, Bachelor of Science
Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in insurance industry (non-motor classes)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Relevant computer skills i.e. excel & words
Knowledge in non-motor insurance
Good communication skill – oral & written
