Job Description

Operations / Safety in Common Area (Security)

  • Security Service
  • Safety Check / Training
  • Control access and monitor CCTV
  • Patrol common and critical and tenant areas
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies
  • Support fire safety and evacuation drills
  • Manage traffic and crowd during peak hours or events
  • Coordinate lost & found and emergency assistance
  • Assist in safety compliance and reporting
  • Hotwork / work permit / Tenant / Contractor ID
  • Loading area
  • Insurance (Accident)
  • Rule & Regulation & SOP
