Manage project execution for new facility openings, including timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization.
Lead and manage 4PL partners, ensuring performance exceeds targets in terms of service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
Develop and maintain monthly network expansion plans, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and cost efficiency.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance against expansion and operational targets, with a strong focus on capacity planning and optimization.
Drive special projects such as lead time analysis, space utilization studies, and capacity assessments, including ensuring on-time hub openings and timely replacement of facilities when required.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize the existing network, improving efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
Support last-mile optimization initiatives by identifying capacity constraints and proposing actionable, data-backed improvement strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or management consulting.
Proficient in English (written and verbal).
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and related software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Expertise in project management and timeline tracking.
