Job Summary
Drive and support enterprise AI transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable programs and use cases. Provide expert guidance to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value, promote responsible AI adoption, and enhance organizational readiness across people, processes, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
(This role is benchmarked as Assistant Vice President/Vice President level.)
1. AI Strategy Execution & Program Support
- Support the execution of AI strategy by translating priorities into actionable initiatives and implementation plans
- Provide subject matter expertise to ensure alignment between business goals and AI use cases
2. Portfolio & Use Case Prioritization
- Analyze and evaluate AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and scalability
- Contribute to prioritization, roadmap development, and value tracking of AI initiatives
3. Cross-functional Execution & Change Enablement
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive execution of AI initiatives
- Support change enablement to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across functions
4. Responsible AI, Risk & Compliance
- Support implementation of AI governance frameworks, including risk, compliance, and ethical AI practices
- Ensure adherence to enterprise policies and regulatory requirements
5. Vendor, Partner & Technology Coordination
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to support solution delivery and integration
- Provide input on technology approaches and solution feasibility
6. Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Alignment
- Prepare insights, updates, and reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Translate complex AI topics into clear, business-friendly communication
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to ensure effective execution
7. Budget & Resource Support
- Support budget tracking and resource planning across AI initiatives
- Provide insights to support allocation and prioritization decisions
8. AI Literacy & Capability Building
- Support initiatives to enhance AI awareness, knowledge sharing, and organizational capability
- Contribute to training materials, workshops, or best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
- 8–12 years of experience in digital transformation, AI/data initiatives, or enterprise program delivery
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data-driven initiatives
- PMP / Agile / Scrum
- AI / Data / Cloud certifications are a plus
Functional & Technical
- Strong program management and problem-structuring capability
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, GenAI use cases, and data platforms
- Ability to assess use case value, feasibility, and scalability
- Knowledge of AI governance, risk, and responsible AI principles

- Strong stakeholder management in matrix organizations
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear business insights
