Job Summary
Lead and orchestrate enterprisewide AI transformation initiatives by translating strategic AI priorities into executable programs, ensuring they deliver measurable business value, drive responsible AI adoption, and accelerate organizational readiness across people, processes, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
(The position is equivalent to Vice President (VP) level)
- Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation programs, partnering closely with C-level stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
- Drive end-to-end AI strategy execution, including portfolio prioritization, use-case governance, budget oversight, and cross-functional delivery.
- Establish Responsible AI frameworks covering risk, compliance, and organizational safeguards.
- Orchestrate vendors, partners, and technology ecosystems while ensuring executive reporting, alignment, and change enablement.
- Champion AI literacy, culture building, and enterprise readiness to scale adoption sustainably.
Qualifications:
- Strong program management background across digital transformation, AI/ML, data, or enterprise technology.
- Skilled in navigating matrixed environments and engaging Clevel stakeholders.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with handson execution.
- Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, GenAI platforms, governance, and business value creation.
