Job Description

A strategic leadership position accountable for the operational performance, reliability, and financial outcomes of multiple mission‑critical data center facilities. This role drives standardisation, efficiency, and resilience across sites, leading high‑performing teams while partnering closely with regional leadership and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all critical physical infrastructure operations to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance without impacting customer operations.
  • Standardize operational practices across all Thailand sites in collaboration with regional leadership.
  • Drive efficiency initiatives, including PUE optimization programs, to improve energy performance and cost control.
  • Provide leadership to site operations teams, including talent hiring, development, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor operational performance against KPIs and budgets while maintaining uptime and service reliability.
  • Conduct site reviews covering maintenance standards, asset lifecycle planning, security, change control, Tier compliance, and operational risk management.
  • Manage facility budgets and perform financial due diligence related to headcount planning, capital expenditure, and operational expenses.
  • Lead incident management and serve as an escalation point for critical facilities issues, including emergency response after hours.
  • Oversee site capacity planning and support design activities for new facilities or infrastructure upgrades.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, quality, and environmental policies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners, representing the organization professionally at all times.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects through effective cross‑functional coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data center operations or facilities management.
  • Proven expertise in data center development, critical systems, and operational management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
  • Excellent English and Thai communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated capability in project management, change management, planning, and decision‑making.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience under pressure, and strong customer service mindset.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and computer application skills.
