MR. D.I.Y. is looking for an experienced Solution Engineering Manager – ASRS to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) for modern warehouse operations. This role will ensure scalable, cost-effective, and high-performance automation solutions across our distribution center network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and implementation of ASRS systems for warehouse operations
- Manage integration between ASRS, WMS, ERP, WCS/WES, robotics, and related platforms
- Analyze warehouse workflows and recommend automation solutions to improve throughput, efficiency, and storage capacity
- Oversee system configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support
- Lead medium to large-scale automation projects, including planning, timelines, risks, and stakeholder management
- Collaborate with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support warehouse expansion and future automation roadmap projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse automation, solution engineering, or supply chain technology
- Strong knowledge of ASRS technologies, warehouse automation systems, and robotics integration
- Experience with WMS such as Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, or similar platforms
- Proven project management experience in large-scale automation implementations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Good communication skills in Thai and English is required.
- Chinese language is a plus
