Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Apply to the rules of Thailand Labor Code and internal rules of the Company.
  • Apply to the strategies, goals and directions of the Company.
  • Have a good knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) and the HSE Systems and apply to the rules and regulations set forth in these systems.
  • Have a good technical knowledge on design, install, troubleshoot, and maintain systems and equipment, such as lighting, air compressor, air condition, fire protection, etc.
  • Control facilities/utility equipment.
  • Support work order/service request works.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for building and facility machineries. (e.g. air compressor, fire pump, air condition, hydrant pump etc.)
  • Determine and report weak areas.
  • Coordinate and follow up with contractors.
  • Support the installation and relocation of simple technical equipment (e.g. tools, machineries, instruments, etc.) according to guidelines.
  • Monitor and report resources, i.e. energy and water, with focus on reducing consumption.
  • Coordinate with other functions to support projects and maintenance work.
  • Establish the document (SOP, WI , All records) which is necessary for maintenance system to meet ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, Company Standard.
  • Be able to support and participate in the company quality and social activity implementations such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, energy saving and HSE etc.
  • Be responsible for any jobs assigned by the management related to work when necessary, including other activities and function organize by the company.

Qualifications


  • High Vocational in Electrical or related field.
  • More than 5 years experience in building and facility management.
  • Experience in engineering design or construction of the equipment or part of the manufacturing.
  • Strong experience of running efficient facility system and continuous improvement for Generator, Water supply, Air compressed supply.
  • Problem solving skills such as root cause analysis.
  • Experience in 5S, TPM, WCM.
  • Computer skills – MS Office.
  • Safety awareness.

  • Any purchase of equipment is to be approved by the Safety Manager.

Co-operation

  • Contribute to good communication and the fruitful exchange of information and ideas between the different departments
