General Description
The position of Field Service Engineer responsible for security equipment installation (CCTV & Access Control), and service for testing, commissioning, system programming in according to Convergint standards, ensuring good engineering project quality, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Finish routine preventive maintenance on time according to Convergint standards and policies.
- Ensure quality of Convergint services following company standards and policies strictly, to deliver prompt and efficient response to all service requests within assigned region.
- Manage service sub-contractors and ensure them following up Convergint standards and policies.
- Maintain high level of knowledge in security concept and providing technical support to Sales and other departments.
- Maintain high level of knowledge in security concept.
- Manage relations with existing clients and ensure Customer satisfaction.
- To be proficient in our products and technology.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering for Electronic, Power electrical, ELV engineering and related.
- Min 2 years or above related working experience in services for electronic engineering is an advantage.
- IT knowledge in security hardware and software, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Visio, and database
- Familiar with security access control system, CCTV and alarm system products. Past experience with Gallagher, Hikvision, Lenel, and Honeywell Prowatch systems is a clear advantage
- Must be willing to work on-site (Areas around Nonthaburi, Chonburi, Rayong, etc.)
- Good communication in English
- Quick learner
- Ability to work under pressure
- Have own car
