Job Description
- Responsible for daily accounting, settlement, and taxation, to ensure that the overall operations comply with company policies, procedures, accounting standards, taxation standards, as well as Thailand regulations and audit requirements.
- Ensure that the company complies with all local legislation with the timely filing of all tax and other required forms such as DBD, BOI annual reports.
- Prepare Annual Budget, forecasting cost & financial control.
- Analyze financial project reports and conduct presentations of relevant reports to the Management team and board of directors.
- Perform monthly accounting activities, including preparing monthly journal entries related to the lease accounting system and other necessary adjustments for correct accounting closing.
- Support preparation of consolidated financial statements and note to financial statements (Quarterly and year-end).
- Create policies and procedures related to financial, accounting and procurement aspects.
- Work with an external auditor for quarterly reviewed and audited financial statements.
- Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions.
- Manage, guide and coach subordinates in the team.
- Manage ad-hoc special projects as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPD is required)
- Accounting & Finance Experience at least 10 years
- Knowledge of IBC
- High responsibilities, Able to work under pressure and very tight deadlines.
- Has Positive attitude, Honesty and Accountability, Leadership
- Excellent in English communication
