Finance Accounting Manager (Thailand Operations)

The Role Objective
You will be accountable for the financial health of the Thailand entity. This isn't just a reporting roleyou will be expected to enforce financial discipline, protect company cash, and prevent financial breakdowns before they occur.
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations: Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, GL, and Fixed Assets. Ensure a timely month-end close with 100% reconciled accounts.
- Cashflow Management: Maintain rolling forecasts and enforce strict Accounts Receivable (AR) discipline to improve DSO.
- Compliance & Tax: Manage all Thai tax requirements (VAT, WHT, CIT) and ensure full alignment with Thai accounting standards.
- Business Partnership: Provide variance analysis, support budgeting/forecasting, and analyze margins to support management decisions.
- Systems Governance: Act as the Finance Owner for the ERP system (D365), ensuring data integrity and preventing system workarounds.
- Leadership: Lead, develop, and set high-performance standards for the finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA Thailand preferred).
- 710 years of progressive experience, with at least 35 years in a managerial position.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or project-based environments is highly preferred.
- Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent Thai and Business-level English (TOEIC 725+).
- A strong controller mentality with the authority to challenge decisions that expose the company to risk.
