Position Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded accountant who combines strong accounting discipline with financial insight and an entrepreneurial mindset. This role goes beyond reporting, you will actively support decision-making, cash management, and scalable growth in a fast-moving, founder-led business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end accounting: month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, audits
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and short- to mid-term cash forecasting
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and simple financial models for decision-making
- Act as a business partner to founders and department heads, translating numbers into actions
- Improve financial processes, controls, and systems with a strong automation mindset
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA / ACCA / CIMA preferred
- 510 years experience in accounting and finance, ideally in fast-growing companies
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting, financial statements, and cash management
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP/accounting systems
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with high ownership and commercial judgment
