Job Title: Finance Manager / Finance Analyst
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Role Overview
The Finance Manager / Analyst will support the CFO in financial planning, analysis and performance management for a portfolio of 15+ owned, branded upscale and luxury hotels in Thailand. The role includes financial feasibility analysis and modeling, consolidated financial reporting (P&L and Cash Flow), properties KPI benchmarking, investor reporting and supporting ad hoc initiatives. The position also provides business and asset management support as well as process transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CFO and senior management with financial, commercial and asset management analysis to optimize portfolio performance.
Prepare consolidated financial reports and portfolio-level performance analyses, providing actionable insights
Develop, monitor, and benchmark financial and operational KPIs, including key hotel performance metrics
Support Corporate budgeting, forecasting, planning and variance analysis processes
Prepare and review management and investor presentations, translating financial data into clear business insights
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analytical workflows
Review analytical outputs for accuracy, quality, and decision relevance
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, reliable, and efficient financial information
Experience & Qualifications
58 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in hospitality, real estate or banking industry.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
CPA, CA or CFA qualification preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial/reporting automation tools such as Power BI.
Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modeling and analytical frameworks
Proven experience in automation initiatives
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
