Job Description
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and capital expenditure functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze financial data to support cost control and savings initiatives.
- Manage cash flow, monthly forecasts, and capital efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure operational excellence.
- Streamline financial systems and processes for improved efficiency.
- Maintain robust internal controls and risk management practices.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support manufacturing cost analysis and financial performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting.
- Handle ad hoc assignments from senior leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in finance/accounting within multinational manufacturing including leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and manufacturing costing.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
