Job Description

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategies into integrated financial plans.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with group objectives.
  • Drive commercial finance initiatives, including pricing strategies, trade terms, and promotional ROI analysis.
  • Oversee profitability analysis at customer, channel, and SKU levels.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting under local regulations and group standards.
  • Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance culture across the organization.
  • Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
  • Oversee financial risk management related to FX, interest rates, and liquidity.
  • Provide financial leadership to manufacturing operations, focusing on cost efficiency and productivity.
  • Support capital expenditure decisions and continuous improvement programs in plant finance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR to enable business performance.
  • Drive digital transformation and system improvement initiatives within finance.
  • Lead and develop a finance team of approximately 30 employees, including 4 direct-report managers.
  • Build strong leadership capability and succession planning within the finance function.
  • Foster a high-performance culture anchored in integrity, agility, and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Proven expertise in commercial finance, manufacturing finance, and multi-channel business models.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-paced environment.
