Job Purposes

Participate in setting up plans, strategies and policies about financial activities, including tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury, along with developing and monitoring finance operations and operating cost, to align with regulations, accounting principles, and standards of the organization's short and long-term financial goals

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in setting up overall ideas about finance functions, including annual budget and operating cost, in order to ensure effective financial transactions, policies, and procedures aligning with business objectives in accordance with regulations, and standards
• Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of senior managers to ensure implementation of organization's financial strategy effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines
• Monitor and manage overall financial activities, including tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury, to support the operations and performances aligning with business plans
• Evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs
• Provide advice on financial matters and issues to functional or operational areas to develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
• Have knowledge in finance or mathematics
• Have analytical and numerical skills
• Have good computer skills
• Have Thai and English communication skills
• Be able to coordinate
