Job Description – Manager Finance & Accounts
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 3–4 years post-qualification experience
Key Responsibilities:-
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
.• Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financial performance
.• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions
.• Analyze key business drivers and provide actionable insights to management
.• Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
.• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
.
Audit Management & Closure:
- • Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and cost auditor
s.• Ensure timely completion and closure of statutory and internal audit
s.• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentatio
n.• Address auditor queries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirement
s.• Implement audit recommendations and strengthen internal control
s.• Support financial statement preparation and finalizatio
n.
Direct Taxation
:- • Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions and corporate tax regulatio
ns.• Review tax computations, advance tax calculations, and TDS complian
ce.• Coordinate tax assessments, notices, and departmental inquiri
es.• Assist in tax planning and optimization initiativ
es.• Monitor changes in tax laws and assess business impa
ct.
Indirect Taxation (GST
):- • Ensure accurate and timely GST compliance, including return fili
ngs.• Reconcile GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) and manage GST aud
its.• Handle GST assessments, notices, and departmental communicati
ons.• Review tax implications on business transactions and contra
cts.• Ensure compliance with applicable indirect tax regulati
ons.
Financial Reporting & Complian
ce:- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial rep
orts.• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirem
ents.• Support month-end and year-end closing activi
ties.• Maintain strong internal controls and financial proce
sses.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and compliance requirem
ents.
Required Ski
lls:- • Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial mod
eling.• Expertise in statutory audit closure and financial repo
rting.• Sound understanding of Direct Tax, GST, and regulatory compl
iance.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abil
ities.• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or si
milar.• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting
tools.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management s
kills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet dead
lines.
