Job Description

Our client is a well-established organization with regional operations and a dynamic commercial environment. They are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager, Trading & Risk to partner closely with the business by providing financial insights, driving performance management, and supporting effective risk and capital allocation decisions. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and business partnering to support sustainable growth and value creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support business decision-making and profitability
  • Support joint venture operations and review commercial agreements and fee structure
  • Drive process improvements in reporting and strengthen internal control
  • Support tax-related analysis and business integration initiative
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking activitie
  • Monitor financial risks, including foreign exchange, counterparty, interest rate, and commodity exposures, and recommend appropriate control
  • Partner with Treasury to optimize working capital and liquidity managemen
  • Oversee financial reporting activities and coordinate external audit

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification is advantageous
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or business partnering roles
  • Exposure to trading, commodities, manufacturing, energy, or multinational environments would be beneficial
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
  • Good understanding of treasury, working capital management, and financial risk concepts Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions
  • Able to support strategic initiatives and drive projects in a fast-paced environment
