Finance Manager (FP&A & Accounting)
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial planning & analysis, business partnering, accounting operations, and statutory compliance. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver financial insights, support business performance, and ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Business Partnering
- Lead financial performance analysis by comparing actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying key business drivers and variances.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes by incorporating operational inputs, historical trends, and business assumptions into financial projections.
- Partner with business and operational teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations for senior leadership, highlighting business performance, risks, and opportunities.
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to optimize working capital, improve cash flow visibility, and support financial planning.
- Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness and providing accurate supporting documentation.
- Prepare and submit statutory tax filings, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Withholding Tax (WHT), in compliance with Thai Revenue Department regulations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting policies, and applicable accounting standards.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A, preferably within a multinational corporation or logistics/supply chain environment.
- Valid Thai Certified Public Accountant (CPA/CPD) license is required.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with shared service centers or outsourced finance functions is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with experience partnering across multiple business functions.
- Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating within a fast-paced, matrix organization.
