Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial and controlling functions of the organization in Thailand. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, strengthening internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior management to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and provide ongoing analysis of financial performance versus targets.
• Oversee monthly closing processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal control processes to safeguard company assets.
• Provide financial insights, business analysis, and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate investments, business initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives through operational reviews and efficiency improvement strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintaining the integrity of financial statements and management reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and controlling team to enhance overall capability and performance.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, financial position, and operational performance to support sustainable business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and information security standards.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
• Report to Managing Director of Finance in Thailand Office

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial controlling, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP (local and IFRS), taxation, and financial analysis.
• Proven experience in process improvement and project control.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Native in Thai

Note: Budget is 150,000 THB/month exclude other benefits
