Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other financial institutions.
  • Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the company.
  • Work with the Deputy Director/Director on short-term and long-term loan projects.
  • Prepare, follow up and check documents such as invoices, receipts, and withholding tax document
  • Prepare promissory notes for loans within the Premier Group and submit the original and copies to the relevant agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance function.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in bank loans for investment.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and investment analysis.
  • Strong understanding of economic trends and developments
