As part of the Finance team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and full compliance with Thai regulatory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial and tax operations of the entity, including:

  • Prepare and file statutory and tax returns in compliance with Thai laws and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial accounts from a tax and statutory perspective
  • Calculate corporate taxes and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
  • Compile tax data and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
  • Manage tax enquiries and liaise with authorities in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor transfer pricing requirements and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
  • Support management with monthly P&L analysis and strengthen balance sheet controls
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting in line with organizational requirements
  • Implement and monitor financial controls to prevent revenue leakage
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Controlling, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to support business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

This role suits a detail-oriented finance professional with strong tax and accounting expertise and the ability to operate independently.

  • Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and statutory filings
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience reviewing tax returns and financial documentation for accuracy
  • Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and documentation
  • Ability to handle tax audits and regulatory enquiries independently
  • Strong background in accounting, financial management, and management reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication abilities
