Finance Manager Thailand

About the Company: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our Thailand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, supporting business decision-making, and driving financial efficiency across the organization.

About the Role: The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and ensuring the organization meets its financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai GAAP and corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and audits.
• Develop financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Implement and improve financial processes, internal controls, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of Thai financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Thai language proficiency is a strong advantage.
