About This Role

As PAI scales from early traction to full commercial expansion, the Financial Officer will be the backbone of our financial operations. This is a hands-on role where you will own cash flow management, financial documentation and transaction records, and financial analysis — ensuring the company always has the financial clarity and control to move fast. You report directly to the CFO.

This is not a back-office role. You will work closely with leadership and external stakeholders, keeping our financial records audit-ready at all times, flagging risks before they become problems, and providing the financial insights that drive real business decisions. If you thrive on precision, ownership, and being the person others rely on when the numbers need to be right, this is your role.

Success in this role is measured by three clear outcomes:

• Zero-Error Cash Flow Visibility: The company always knows exactly where its cash stands. Your cash flow reports are 100% accurate, your forecasts of inflows and outflows are reliable enough to plan around, and leadership never gets surprised by a cash shortage — because you flagged it weeks in advance with a proposed solution.
• Audit-Ready Financial Documentation: Every financial transaction at PAI is fully documented, verified, and traceable. Records are complete, organized, and compliant with policy and regulations at all times. When an auditor, investor, or leadership asks for backup on any transaction, it's there — no gaps, no scrambling.
• Financial Forecasts That Drive Decisions: Leadership can confidently make strategic calls — on hiring, investment, and spending — because your financial analysis and forecasts are clear, timely, and trusted. You don't just report numbers; you translate them into what they mean for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a finance or treasury role at a mid-size or large organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Energized by challenging tasks.
