Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory compliance and strategic projects, including new plant setup initiatives.
• Partner with operations teams on spending management, cost control, and productivity initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and Annual Operating Plan for CAPEX, OPEX, and headcount.
• Oversee fixed asset management and reporting.
• Lead tax and customs activities related to BOI, Non-BOI.
• Advise subcontractors on Thailand business operations, regulatory requirements, and related transactions.
• Review and maintain standard cost setup to ensure costing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, BOI, Tax, or a related function within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting new plant setup, business expansion, or greenfield projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOI regulations, customs procedures, and Thailand tax requirements.
• Experience with fixed asset accounting and capital project management.
• Solid understanding of standard costing, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external parties.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
