Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
- Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger and month-end/year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management systems.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage risk assessments.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Present financial results and analysis to senior leadership and the Board.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Optimize liquidity and financing arrangements for projects and operations.
- Supervise and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Support investment analysis, project financing, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulators.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's, CPA, or CFA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations; IFRS familiarity preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
