Now we are expanding network for Finance and Accounting Executive level. The Finance Director will take full ownership of financial strategy, governance, business partnering, financial operations, and organizational transformation. This role goes beyond traditional finance functionsrequiring strong commercial leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive business performance across multiple business units or regional entities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Financial Operations & Compliance
- Oversee accounting operations, month-end/year-end closing, AP/AR, GL, and treasury.
- Ensure compliance with Thai GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance.
- Manage financial reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
Business Partnering
- Work closely with cross-functional leaders to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Support investment analysis, pricing decisions, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide scenario analysis and commercial insights to drive business growth.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
- Build a high-performance culture with continuous improvement and strong governance.
External Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage cash flow and capital structure effectively.
