Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Description:

• Prepare and/or support Foreign Businesses under Krungsri Group for completion of Financial Statements to ensure on the accuracy, completeness and in coJmpliance with related Accounting Standards, regulations and in proper control environment by coordinating with International Banking Administration Department, Foreign Businesses and other related functions within Krungsri Group for necessary information.
• Responsible for Thai General Accepted Accounting Principal (GAAP) adjustment.
• Support and be a part of Due Diligence team for business expansion outside Thailand.

Qualifications:

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support variance analysis between actuals and budget/forecast.
• Consolidate financial data and ad-hoc report as requested
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Participate in the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for retail & consumer banking
• Business Support
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to assess financial impact of campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in evaluating new product proposals and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in banking or financial services and auditor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
