Job Description

Main Responsibilities

Budgeting, planning and forecasting:

  • Lead and support preparation of Mid-term plan, Budget, Quarterly and Monthly rolling forecast and outlooks.
  • Work with senior management team and Department Heads to gather relevant data with assumptions based on latest market conditions and business drivers.
  • Develop and standardize FP&A processes to improve efficiency and automation within the company financial guidelines and in alignment with key stakeholders.

Reporting:

  • Prepare daily/weekly, monthly reporting and management presentation.
  • Monitor and keep track of key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of expected variance.
  • Oversee all financial reports and ensure they are delivered on time and meet APAC and JV expectations.

Financial Analysis and Business Partnering:

  • Support on new and renovation projects financial models and feasibility studies.
  • Work closely with cross-function to help identify risks and opportunities to increase profits, cost efficiency and give recommendations.
  • Ensure all financial goals / KPIs are aligned with senior management and able to identify gap and risks to support strategic decisions.

People and Compliance:

  • Develop talents and enhance their capabilities and plan career path.
  • Ensure all financial reporting and planning is compiled and aligned with group, APAC policies and audit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience of at least 5 years in FP&A or financial analysis at managerial position.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects with strong ERP system knowledge and capabilities.
  • CPA or CMA preferred (but not required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI with heavily use and manage complexity of data and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead team and to handle both internal and external stakeholders.
