Job Description

Job Overview:

Key responsibilities for this new role are financial planning & analysis. This position will focus on Starbucks business which will also supporting FP&A area, including financial feasibility & evaluation, capex investment and commercial advice to support business decision. This role will also be team representative to any assigned project which need to work with cross-functional team & provide effective financial insights.

Main Duties:

  • Lead and support on budget & financial forecast for the business, including bakery plant.
  • Preparing financial reports and conducting variance analysis to compare actual results with forecasts.
  • Analysing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for key improvement areas
  • Work with accounting & bakery plant team to stabilize effective working process
  • Develop financial feasibility & evaluation for company new capex and investments
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
  • Being a team representative for any assigned cross functional projects

Performance Metrics & Expectations:

  • Set up & continuously improve FP&A
  • Able to support FP&A area
  • Able to be team representative for any assigned cross functional projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, preferable a master's degree or professional certifications like CPA or CFA.
  • 5 years+ of experience on FP&A, preferable from retail or FMCG industry
  • Good analytical skills, trustworthiness, flexible and positive attitude, detail oriented, friendly, hands-on personality, good team player, familiar with multinational working environment.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Expertise in financial modelling and proficiency with tools like Excel, Power BI.
  • Experience on project management.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills to present financial information effectively.
  • Good command of English
