Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the overall activities in connection with flight planning procedures. • Crew briefing and flight watch for all flights operating within the Flight Dispatch Areas including remote station dispatch service. • Provide flight dispatch service and operation control to all MJets Limited aircraft and managed aircrafts and keeping up to date the operations manual and documents. • Ensure that all aeronautical information in term of NOTAM and AIP's and ICAO annex are properly handled and up to date. • Apply landing, overfly, and any other required permission to concerned states. • Supervise the overall activities in connection with flight planning based on the latest weather forecast, NOTAMs, AIP and regulations contained in Flight Operation Manual and company's route manual. • Check aircraft status and apply necessary actions according to performance limitation as per AOM or AFM. • Maintain updating all aircraft operation manuals used for flight planning. • Record essential statistics of flight planning in the dispatch log. • Prepare and present NOTAMs information. • Prepare and present meteorological information. • Prepare and file up to date ATS flight plan including repetitive flight plan through ATS reporting office. • Handling flight movement message and necessary data. • Represent MJets, in the absence of manager in airport activities. • Maintain a validity of own dispatch license • Supervise, assign, and develop subordinates • Negotiate with Ground Handling Agents, vendors, authorities and other related units to get the best benefit to MJets operations. • Other assignments as assigned by superior
Qualification: • Valid CAAT Flight Dispatcher License Required (maintained and current). • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in flight dispatch or airline operations • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, or a related field (preferred). • Experience with international flight operations, including permits and coordination. Solid understanding of flight planning, crew briefing, and flight watch. • Proven experience in flight dispatch operations, flight planning, and operational control. • Proficiency in Flight Dispatch Softwares and Systems. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee teams and handle unexpected situations. • Strong knowledge of ICAO Annexes, AIP, NOTAM, and international aviation regulations. • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in English; TOEIC score of 700+ is preferred.
