Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Phuket for a Food and Beverage Manager. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of food & beverage services, ensuring high-quality service standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing multiple F&B outlets and a service team, maintaining budgets, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The manager will collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals and maintain the resort's premium service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
• Proficiency in customer service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship management.
• Skills in Training team members to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Experience in budgeting, including cost control and resource allocation for food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
