Role Description

The Fulfillment Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in the Suan Luang district. In this role, you will oversee and optimize the fulfillment process, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping operations. Responsibilities include supervising a team, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and addressing customer inquiries related to order fulfillment. You will work closely with internal departments to meet deadlines and deliver excellent service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize fulfillment processes
• Excellent Communication skills for team coordination and customer interactions
• Customer Service experience to maintain and exceed client expectations
• Knowledge of Inventory Management practices for efficient stock control
• Team Leadership capabilities to manage and motivate team members effectively
• Proficiency with inventory and shipment software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
