About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer (AI) to drive the design, development, and deployment of AIpowered data solutions within our enterprise environment. This role requires a strong foundation in fullstack software engineering, combined with handson experience building cloudnative, productiongrade systems that interact with modern AI platforms.

You will be responsible for architecting endtoend UItodata pipelines, integrating user interfaces with AI services, and enabling multiagent orchestration workflows on organizational AI platforms. Key Responsibilities

EndtoEnd System Development

• Architect, build, and deploy productionready fullstack systems, including data pipelines, automated tools, and multimodal document processing solutions.

FullStack & Frontend Engineering

• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and/or other modern scripting languages.
• Build robust backend APIs and services that integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications.

CloudNative Infrastructure

• Build and operate scalable, serverless architectures using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB).

AI Platform Integration

• Integrate applications with organizational AI platforms and external AI services, including inference endpoints and agentbased systems.
• Implement orchestration patterns for multiagent workflows and AIdriven automations.

Observability & DevOps

• Implement comprehensive fullstack observability, including monitoring of performance, latency, token usage, and cost.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, quality gates, and deployment strategies.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Contribute to architectural decisions, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Promote effective code sharing, versioning, documentation, and crossteam collaboration.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 5-6 years of professional experience in fullstack software engineering delivering enterprisegrade applications to production.

Programming & Frameworks

• Strong proficiency in Python for backend and AIintegrated services.
• Handson experience with React, TypeScript, and/or similar modern scripting languages.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and UI ecosystems (e.g., Next.js, microfrontends, agentdriven UI frameworks).

Cloud & DevOps

• Strong handson experience with AWS, including services such as Bedrock, EC2, S3, CloudFront, and Lambda.
• Experience with Docker and containerized workloads.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD automation using tools such as GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or equivalent.

Data, Search & AI

• Experience working with relational databases, vector databases, and hybrid search approaches.
• Exposure to multimodal AI models and services for document, image, and diagram extraction.
• Familiarity with AI/ML service integration in production environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobileready architectures and integration patterns (e.g., iOS, Flutter, MVVM).
• Prior experience working in highly regulated or largescale enterprise environments.
