We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused functional consultant to manage end-to-end implementation of ERP, SAP, and CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis, software configuration, client training, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Configure ERP, SAP, and CRM modules based on business requirements.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), SOPs, and implementation documentation.
- Conduct software demonstrations, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Coordinate with the development team for customization and enhancement requirements.
- Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality validation.
- Assist in data migration, master creation, and system configuration.
- Conduct end-user training and provide implementation support.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to successful go-live.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Track project progress, maintain implementation reports, and update project documentation.
- Handle client queries and escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best business practices.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate in BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA, BCA, MCA, engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, or business software implementation.
- Good understanding of business processes such as finance, sales, purchase, inventory, HR, or manufacturing.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and project documentation.
