Job Description:
- Serve as a senior member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted, market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.
- Lead and execute critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions.
- Partner with other technology teams on LLM and GenAI projects, including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Cybersecurity to deliver ML products, including model deployment, monitoring, and compliance.
- Work with DevOps engineers to plan, automate, and deploy data storage and processing systems using best-in-class CI/CD and IaC practices.
- Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code written by others; enforce code quality and security standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, GenAI, and cloud technologies and drive their integration into production.
Technical Skills (All Must Be Evidenced):
- Advanced Python programming (minimum 4 years, with code samples or project links)
- Proven experience building and operating scalable ML-driven products (must provide project details and references)
- Hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS (minimum 2 years each, with evidence of live deployments)
- Experience in highly regulated environments (BFSI, healthcare, or similar; must provide client/project references)
- Proficient in all aspects of SDLC (including secure coding, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD)
- Terraform, IaaC experience (must provide details of real-world infrastructure automation)
- Experience with large-scale cloud-native architectures (microservices, serverless, container orchestration)
- Microservices performance tuning, optimization, real-time applications (must provide metrics or case studies)
- Azure and AWS Certifications (minimum one Professional-level certification in either cloud; both preferred)
- Experience with GenAI/LLM frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI API, etc.) is a strong plus
