We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with an outstanding track record in luxury restaurants, fine dining, and delivering world-class guest experiences. This is a highly visible leadership role, requiring someone who can inspire a talented team while maintaining the exacting standards expected of a Michelin-starred operation.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and overall success of the restaurant. Working closely with the Chef Patron and senior leadership team, you will ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, commercial performance, and an unforgettable guest journey.

You will be a natural leader with an uncompromising eye for detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing front-of-house and management team.
• Maintain and continually elevate Michelin-level service and hospitality standards.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised guest experience.
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, forecasting and overall financial performance.
• Drive revenue while protecting the integrity and positioning of the brand.
• Recruit, train and retain exceptional hospitality professionals.
• Work closely with the culinary leadership team to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
• Develop strong relationships with VIP guests, international clientele and industry partners.
• Ensure all operational, licensing, health and safety requirements are consistently met.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an established General Manager or an exceptional senior restaurant professional ready to take the next step.

You will ideally have:

• Significant experience within Michelin-starred or internationally recognised fine-dining restaurants.
• Previous General Manager or senior operational leadership experience.
• A strong understanding of luxury hospitality and international service standards.
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and people-development skills.
• A calm and composed approach in a demanding, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Experience working with international teams and clientele.
• A sense of adventure and willingness to relocate to South East Asia.
