About The Job

Overview:

As the strategic leader for Thailand and Vietnam, you will assume full P&L accountability and oversee our expansive network of 9 iconic stores. Your mission will be to accelerate market penetration, elevate brand desirability, and cultivate a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations. This role demands a leader who can masterfully balance strategic foresight with operational precision, all while upholding the stringent standards of compliance and ethical conduct.

Job responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Brand Management: Foster enduring client loyalty by consistently delivering exceptional client experience. Preserve and elevate Louis Vuitton's brand prestige through robust clienteling efforts and portfolio of strategic campaigns to amplify brand desirability and drive business performance.
  • Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute market strategies for Thailand and Vietnam, aligning with global objectives to drive sustainable growth. Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Commercial & Financial Management: Achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets for both markets. Manage full P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and resource allocation. Develop budgets, forecasts, and ensure financial compliance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, including retail, logistics, inventory, and after-sales service. Implement global operational standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure effective performance management and succession planning.

Profile

  • 10+ years of general management experience in an international, fast-paced luxury business.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury markets, including client behaviour and market dynamics.
  • Proven leader with a track record of developing teams and driving performance.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and make strategic decisions in dynamic environments.
