We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sourcing Manager (HBC/Looks) to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and innovation across the HBC/Lookscategories.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for HBC/Looks categories to optimize cost, quality, and supply reliability.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers across international markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with suppliers to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, raw material costs, and competitor sourcing strategies.
- Drive supplier performance management including audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to support product development and launches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with global stakeholders and lead sourcing projects that support growth and innovation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on HBC/Looks.
- Proven track record of global supplier management and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
