Golang Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Golang Developer with 4+ years of software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Go programming, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Golang.
• Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and QA teams.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop and integrate database solutions with backend services.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Implement security, monitoring, and logging best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Golang (Go).
• Experience in developing Microservices Architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and gRPC.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in containerized and distributed environments.
• Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related disciplines.
