The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing essential deliverables and comprehensive creative assets to support projects, initiatives, and campaigns for all Club 21 Fashion portfolio brands.
- Required to work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent design, look, and feel across various marketing and promotional materials for events and publications, including the website, email marketing, and social media campaigns, as well as print marketing, editorial design, signage and everything in between.
- Think creatively and propose new design ideas to further develop the brand identity and continuously innovate to keep designs fresh and engaging.
- Execute graphic, animated designs for various touchpoints across digital, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
- Initiate and assist in the execution of creative concepts for marketing and Ecommerce campaigns.
- Contribute ideas and concepts, including videos, photo shoots, and social media assets.
- Implement the brand's mood & tone through design across all brand touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects, remaining flexible through multiple revisions while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
- Occasionally interface with outside vendors as needed for work such as retouching, illustrators, photographers or print vendors.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering accurate, innovative, and consistently detailed creative work.
- Stay current with industry trends, social sentiment, and competitor activities.
- Assist with daily operational workload as needed.
- Supporting the team on production with hands on mentality
Job Requirements :
- A graduate degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or Media Design
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer within the fashion retail, editorial, or agency environment
- Must have experience in designing for ecommerce business, print, and website
- Strong visual design sense, excellent typography, and layout skills
- A keen eye for detail and brand identity systems
- Proficiency in creating motion graphics, animated typography, and imagery
- Demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of design projects, including email campaigns, web design, motion graphics, and social campaigns
- Expert working knowledge of creative software suites, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Sketch
- Ability to work within the constraints of strong brand guidelines
- Demonstrated flexibility; capable of redefining roles as needed and adapting to change.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills that support the rest of the team
- Understanding of copyright laws
