About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with sharp creative instincts to help us scale. This role bridges the gap between HQ's conceptual vision and the reality of the Thai market. You will work alongside our Senior Designer, Retail, and Sales teams to ensure that whether someone sees us on a billboard or a Shopee banner, they feel the same spark of emotion. In our world, proactivity isn't just a trait—it's the engine that turns strategic objectives into reality.

What You'll Do

  • Translate global brand visuals from our London HQ into high-impact campaigns for the Thai market.
  • Bridge the gap between conceptual art direction and executional design for retail and e-commerce spaces.
  • Oversee the technical production of print and digital assets, ensuring everything from POSM to social content is pixel-perfect.
  • Maintain the Nothing design language across all platforms, acting as a local steward for our visual identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external vendors to bring experiential and retail projects to life.
  • Articulate design decisions and creative ideas clearly in both Thai and English.
  • Keep a pulse on pop culture and digital trends to bring fresh, proactive ideas to our local social content.

What We're Looking For

  • A seasoned designer with at least 3-5 years of experience in agencies or in-house teams who takes total ownership of their work.
  • A portfolio that proves you can handle both conceptual thinking and the technical demands of print mediums and digital creativity.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a deep understanding of how to design for TikTok, IG, and Facebook.
  • Experience with the specific needs of retail environments, including print specifications and physical POSM.
  • An obsessive eye for detail and a pragmatic approach to handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive communicator who isn't afraid to speak up, ask questions, or cross-check details with legal and sales teams.
  • A collaborative spirit who is eager to learn from senior creatives while maintaining a sharp, independent point of view.

Nice to have

  • InDesign
  • Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Basic knowledge of the legalities of Retail POSMs
