Key Responsibility:
- Design engaging posters, banners, and promotional materials for online and offline channels
- Create visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts
- Revise designs based on feedback and meet project deadlines
- Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publishing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in graphic design (focus on posters/banners preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing poster and banner design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
- Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and social media formats
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva
