The opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and people-savvy Group Talent Manager to establish and lead our Group-wide talent program. This is a foundational role — one that will define how we identify, attract, and nurture leadership talent across our portfolio of businesses for years to come.
You will build the frameworks, processes, and relationships that give us clear visibility of our talent landscape — both inside the organization and beyond. You'll work closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure we always have a strong bench of capable people ready for the roles that matter most.

What You'll Do
Talent Framework & Strategy
Support the continuous improvement of the Group's talent management framework by aligning processes, data, and assessment criteria. This includes optimizing talent infrastructure and reporting tools to ensure a consistent yet flexible approach that respects the unique needs of a diverse portfolio.
Succession & Pipeline Management
Facilitate collaborative talent reviews to identify internal readiness for critical roles and talent pipeline. Track internal talent health and provides visibility for future growth moves, ensuring succession plans remain aligned with evolving business needs.
External Engagement
Develop and maintain proactive networks with external talent to supplement internal pipelines for future requirements. This involves managing relationships with external partners to ensure high-quality standards and a positive candidate experience that reflects the Group's values and reputation.
Collaboration & Partnership
Serve as a trusted partner, connecting talent insights to broader business objectives. This role ensures that identified talent has access to appropriate growth opportunities while providing regular updates on program progress and talent health.
