Overview
Our client is a global medicine manufacturing company with operations worldwide. This role is based at their factory in Rayong, Thailand. We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support plant operations by aligning people strategies with business objectives, strengthening workforce capability, and ensuring effective HR practices on site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with department heads and line managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related matters.
- Align HR strategies with production targets to ensure workforce readiness and capability.
- Support change management initiatives, including digitalization and process improvements within the plant.
2. Talent Management & Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and production roles.
- Drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning and identification of high-potential employees.
- Oversee performance management processes and coach managers on performance discussions.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and communication.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions, in compliance with labor laws.
- Monitor employee engagement and turnover, and implement improvement actions.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant industry standards.
- Coordinate with the HR team on payroll, benefits, and market benchmarking.
- Support health, safety, and environmental (EHS) initiatives to maintain workplace standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including experience in an HR Business Partner or related role within manufacturing.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and industrial relations.
- Excellent command of English for communication with regional/global stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels.
Working Day: Monday - Friday, 100% working onsite
