Growth Executive – Pre-Sales & Brand Awareness
Job Brief:
We are Drizzlin Media — a Singapore-headquartered marketing company specializing in insights-led content for leading brands and social organizations. Since 2008, we have worked with 100+ clients across 30+ countries in The Americas, Europe, and Asia.
We are looking for a proactive and creative Growth Executive to support customer visibility and pre-sales lead generation across all our brands.
This is a hands-on execution role ideal for someone in the early to mid stage of their career, who is eager to learn and contribute to building brand presence, industry visibility, and lead pipelines across focused global markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Lead Generation (Core Focus)
- Build and maintain target client lists based on defined geography and industry filters
- Execute consultative outreach (event invites, collaborations, curated introductions)
- Support in generating net new leads through structured and creative engagement
- Assist in tracking outreach and maintaining lead databases
2. PR & Industry Visibility Support
- Assist in executing PR initiatives across trade and industry platforms
- Support creation of industry-specific content and case studies
- Coordinate with internal teams to publish articles, insights, and media features
3. Events & Industry Engagement
- Research and maintain a calendar of relevant industry events across key markets
- Support applications for speaker opportunities and partnerships
- Assist in preparing materials for events, podcasts, and speaking engagements
- Attend events (where applicable) for networking and market exposure
4. Content & Marketing Support (Hygiene)
- Assist in maintaining consistent content presence across channels
- Support content for PR, outreach, and event participation
- Coordinate with content/design teams for timely execution
5. Support to Leadership & Ongoing Conversations
- Assist in research and preparation for ongoing client/prospect discussions
- Help track and follow up on key conversations and opportunities
- Contribute to building stronger engagement with prospects
Scope of Role
- Primary Focus: Pre-sales (visibility and lead generation)
Must Have Skills:
- Strong interest in B2B growth, marketing, or pre-sales
- Good research and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to execute tasks in a structured and detail-oriented manner
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to PR, events, or content marketing
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, or market research
- Understanding of industry-focused marketing approaches
- Other languages like German, Korean, etc. Preferred.
