I'm currently partnering with a prestigious luxury retail brand to appoint a Boutique Director to lead a flagship store and drive commercial excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on VIP client engagement, team performance, and strategic growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and manage a strong network of VIP/HNW clients while acting as a brand ambassador
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing boutique team to exceed sales targets
• Drive commercial strategy, anticipate market trends, and ensure consistent revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client base through proactive outreach
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, merchandising, HR) to execute campaigns, events, and talent development initiatives
• Oversee boutique operations including CRM utilization, inventory alignment, and compliance with internal policies
• Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement data-driven improvements
• Represent the brand at exclusive events and strengthen presence within the luxury market
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven leadership experience within luxury retail / high-value client environments
• Strong track record in managing VIP relationships and driving sales performance
• Commercially astute with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, client-centric setting
• Familiarity with CRM tools and boutique operations
