The Opportunity

A high-impact, project-based role for a seasoned marketer who thrives on ownership, speed, and measurable results. You will lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for new product launches across digital, retail, and eCommerce channels—within a defined 6-month mission.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end GTM execution across omnichannel (digital, retail, marketplaces)
  • Campaign readiness, launch excellence, and cross-functional alignment
  • Marketplace performance (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) in partnership with agencies
  • Funnel optimization and weekly performance tracking (CVR, ROAS, CTR)
  • Rapid identification of gaps and execution of data-driven improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 8–12 years in GTM, eCommerce, or performance marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with marketplace platforms
  • Highly analytical with a sharp commercial mindset
  • Proven ability to lead under tight timelines and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent Thai, strong English
