Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage room assignments, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Guest Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving basic complaints, and offering recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Reservation Handling: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotels reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Cash and Report Handling: Perform daily cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related.
  • 1 Year of prior experience in GSA, front office or customer service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems (a plus)
  • English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude
  • Able to work in shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Work location: GO! Hotel
